EARNING “MrsG HEARTS”

Member Card is needed in order to earn “MrsG HEART”. Present your QR Code to our cashier before any purchase.

You will earn one (1) “MrsG HEART” for every non-discounted cake purchased from any MrsG Cakeshop. Discounted cake purchases are not entitled to earn “MrsG HEART”.

Let your friends and family to use your Member Card when they buy MrsG cakes to accumulate more “MrsG HEART” faster so you can receive your free cake sooner.

Your earned “MrsG HEART” will be credited to your account after a purchase is made. In case of brownout or system failure, you will receive a voucher which will be used when electricity is restored to record you unrecorded purchase in the same branch.

Every accumulated 10 Hearts is equivalent to 1 FREE 9RD Cake.

For redemption of 2 or more cakes at a time during regular days, a 2-days reservation period is required. For Blackout Dates (New Year, Valentines, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas and others), a 5-days reservation is required.

Bonus reward can be given to any MrsG card members who are categorized as our top customers.

Top customer can be determined by the number of cakes purchased.

Top customer can be rewarded with any products of MrsG such as cake or donuts.

10% BIRTHDAY DISCOUNT

All MrsG Loyalty Card member is entitled to a 10% Birthday Discount.

The 10% discount will be deducted to the total purchase amount of cake or combination of cake & party supply.

The discount should be claimed by the owner of the MrsG loyalty card on the day of his/her birthdate.

The celebrant should present any valid ID or certificate that indicates Birthdate.

Once the 10% Birthday Discount is applied, there will be No Heart/s earned.

This discount is not valid in conjunction with any other discounts.

10% SPECIAL HOLIDAY DISCOUNT

MrsG reserves the right to give 10% Discount to Members on special holidays including but not limited to the following days: Once this discount is applied, there will be No Heart/s earned. (New Year, Valentines, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Grandparent's Day Teacher's Day, Christmas)

10% PRODUCT DISCOUNT

MrsG reserves the right to give 10% Product Discount to Members on selected products. Once this discount is applied, there will be No Heart/s earned.

“MrsG HEART” BALANCE UPDATE

After each qualified transaction (non-discounted cake purchase) using your card, you will receive a SMS/Text message informing you of your “MrsG HEART” Balance.

REDEEMING “MrsG HEART”

Free cake can be redeemed from any MrsG Branch. Only the Owner of the card can redeem the free cake. Member Card and a valid photo-ID are required for redeeming “MrsG HEARTS” for free cake.

CARD VALIDITY

The card has no expiration date.

“MrsG HEART” VALIDITY

“MrsG HEARTS” earned from non-discounted purchases has no expiration. Heart balances will be sent shortly via SMS after purchases are made.

IN CASE OF LOST, OR DAMAGED CARD

To report a lost card, Member should contact the MrsG Hotline at 0917-700-0003 or visit any MrsG Branch. Lost card will be blocked. It cannot be re-activated. Proof of card ownership is required. In case of damaged card, surrender the card at any MrsG branch. There will be a replacement fee of P100 for lost/damaged card. All earned “MrsG HEARTS” will be transferred to replacement card after 48-hours.

FRAUD

The company will investigate any suspicion of fraudulent use of the card and will prosecute to the full extent of the law any and all perpetrators of the fraud. The company also reserves the right to cancel any card that is suspected of being used fraudulently.
